Position: Senior Help-desk Support Specialist

Location: Fort Collins, CO
Full Time: 40 Hours per Week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Position Summary- Provide intermediate and escalated levels of support to end users. Great customer service and organizational skills. Ability to manage long-term technical projects. Professional communication skills with external vendors. Good documentation re-prioritize on short notice. Able to work in a team-based fashion in support of the mission, vision, and values of SummmitStone Health Partners. Strong knowledge and experience of hybrid on-premise and cloud Active Directory/Office 365, Microsoft Office applications, and network troubleshooting. Ability to learn EMR software and follow all HIPAA compliance policies. Experience with remote support, iOS/iPhones, basic computer hardware repair, and ticketing systems as requirements with experience with Unifi/Ubiquiti, ShoreTel, and PowerShell preferred.
Salary Range: $55,577,28/YR to $83,365.92/YR
Requirements: 4 years' experience in Helpdesk or IT desktop support.
Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural; A certification or another licensure is a plus. Degree in related field.
