Position: Neurofeedback Clinical Team Lead, Outpatient
Full Time/Benefited: 40 hours per week, variable hours including some evenings

Position Summary: We are seeking a candidate that has clinical experience providing Neurofeedback services to both children and adults, and who has expertise with one or more of the following programs: EEGer, Heartmath, Play Attention, or other biofeedback platforms. As a Neurofeedback Team Lead would involve providing individual and group clinical supervision, holding training sessions with the clinical team, and providing clinical services to a small caseload of clients. The Neurofeedback Team Lead would develop and monitor service plans, monitor treatment progress, documents interactions, and maintains clinical records for all clients on their caseload. You would also be responsible for assisting to develop the vision of Neurofeedback and Biofeedback services for the agency, identify resources needed, and create strategic growth and training plans to ensure that clinicians across our sites are moving toward their clinical growth.
Wage Range: Unlicensed Therapist - $41,634.51 to $60,370.05; Licensed Therapist $48,074.17 to $72,111.25.
Required: Master's degree, Basic Neurofeedback Training, Advanced Neurofeedback Training
