Position Title: Mental Health Therapist, Outpatient Child/Family

Location: Fort Collins, CO

FSLA Status: Salaried/ Exempt

Position Status: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week

Position Summary: As a Outpatient therapist serving children, adolescents, young adults, and their families you should have experience or a willingness to learn evidenced- based therapies and play therapy. You should have some experience working with children and families and have a background or some education in child development and attachment. In addition to therapeutic skill, this position requires case management skills, an ability to manage paperwork using an electronic medical record system, and an understanding of working collaboratively with multiple agencies. Experience and knowledge of treating addictions in youth and will be working toward certification. Willingness to work across age span with adults in groups as well. 

Wage Range: Unlicensed Therapist - $41,634.51 to $60,370.05; Licensed Therapist $48,074.17 to $72,111.25.

Requirements: Master's Degree or license in Human Services field from accredited College or University or equivalent experience. Eligible for licensure

Preferred- Bilingual/Bi-cultural. Licensures preferred (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC). Experience with play therapy, family therapy and parent coaching experience preferred.
