Position: Help Desk Support Specialist
Department: Information Technology
Full Time: 40 Hours per Week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Position Summary-Provide entry and intermediate level support to end users.Great customer service and organizational skills. Good documentation, re-prioritize on short notice.Able to work in a team-based fashion in support of the mission, vision and values of SummmitStone Health Partners. Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office products and basic network troubleshooting. Ability to learn EMR software and follow all HIPAA compliance policies.
Requirements: 2 years' experience in Help-desk or IT desktop support.
Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural; Additional trade certification, A certification or other licensure is a plus.
