Administrative Support/Admission Navigator

Position Title: Admission Navigator/Administrative Support II

Position Status: Full time 

Descriptions of Job Duties:

  • Greeting clients/visitors, checking in clients, scheduling appointments,collecting payments and data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service that is both professional and accommodating. 
  • Organize, compose and produce reports and other documents through the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and other computer programs.
  • Prepare and send medical records to requesting agencies.
  • Route mail and perform other tasks associated of this nature.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in a related position and Associates Degree (AA) in business or related field; or High School Diploma and 3 years of closely related experience. Valid Colorado driver's license. Driving record that meets with hiring requirements as set forth for someone that may transport clients/customers.

Preferred : Able to type accurately and enter information into a computerized system. Prior data entry experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and an electronic medical record, preferred. Bilingual and Bi-cultural.
